I had an unpleasant experience due to poor communication from staff. I was asked, “Are you overseas?” Since I am an international student, I answered yes. Later, I was told I needed to pay $36 despite having BUPA Overseas Student Health Cover, which was clearly written on my insurance card that I had already provided. 1 star is too generous. Avoid this business as incredibly bad service. Rude, arrogant staff constantly chatting on phone. Filthy rooms & common areas. I left before getting blood test. How are these business practices allowed to operate?
Extremely Traumatic and Painful Experience I am writing this review with deep distress to report an appalling incident involving a phlebotomist named Saima at this facility. My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and visited for a routine blood test. What should have been a quick, standard procedure turned into a horrific ordeal due to Saima's sheer incompetence and complete lack of empathy. Disgusting staff , I am the only one at the clinic and asked to wait while they chit chat their way I don't even know why you ask us to book online when you don't take us on given time,there is no one . I have been fasting whole night and at 12:15pm managed to get an appointment yet they were having chit chats without taking me in for the blood test
I had a really great experience here. I used to have a really bad needle phobia and have been working hard to get over it. The lady who did my tests was really gentle, lovely and happy to chat with me. I felt really at ease and comfortable through the whole process.
