Low work efficiency and long waiting periods
Walked in and got my blood test done straight away. The workers are really nice and cooperative. If you’re gonna do a blood test of smth, this is probably the place to go.
I had an unpleasant experience due to poor communication from staff. I was asked, “Are you overseas?” Since I am an international student, I answered yes. Later, I was told I needed to pay $36 despite having BUPA Overseas Student Health Cover, which was clearly written on my insurance card that I had already provided. 1 star is too generous. Avoid this business as incredibly bad service. Rude, arrogant staff constantly chatting on phone. Filthy rooms & common areas. I left before getting blood test. How are these business practices allowed to operate?
Extremely Traumatic and Painful Experience I am writing this review with deep distress to report an appalling incident involving a phlebotomist named Saima at this facility. My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and visited for a routine blood test. What should have been a quick, standard procedure turned into a horrific ordeal due to Saima's sheer incompetence and complete lack of empathy.
