Disgusting staff , I am the only one at the clinic and asked to wait while they chit chat their way I don't even know why you ask us to book online when you don't take us on given time,there is no one . I have been fasting whole night and at 12:15pm managed to get an appointment yet they were having chit chats without taking me in for the blood test
I had a really great experience here. I used to have a really bad needle phobia and have been working hard to get over it. The lady who did my tests was really gentle, lovely and happy to chat with me. I felt really at ease and comfortable through the whole process.
The lady who took my blood unfortunately I did not get her name did an absolutely fantastic job as I have had trouble with blood taking before She was very lovely and caring A big thank you
Went in with my pathology form; the nurse refused to let me do the swabs as stated on the form despite me explaining in detail that they needed to be taken and that it stated it on the form. I leave, making a note to call the referring doctor, but before I do (and 6 hours after leaving this pathology clinic), the nurse calls me saying 'so sorry so sorry, the details were hiding in the form'.... This blood test center is the most impolite one I have ever been to. There is no proper procedure or system in place. The front desk gives different instructions to everyone—when I lined up early, they told me to book an appointment online, but when I arrived with an appointment, they told me to need to line up in advance. Understand morning is super busy for everyone, please hire a polite and competent receptionist who knows how to do their job properly.
