Extremely slow service with an unreasonably long waiting time. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to patients waiting to be served. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Patients’ time should be respected, and the service needs significant improvement. Management should do spot checks and look into this matters and be more sufficient and responsive.

I attended the pathology centre with my children on 5 September around 9:44am. So there were three of us. When we were sitting in the waiting area, the pathology collector with black curly hair did not greet us or say hello. She simply took the pathology request form and asked, “For who?” I was initially confused because I was not sure whether she was asking which person the blood test was for. The lady was rude and completely unhelpful. Her attitude was dismissive and made the whole experience very unpleasant.
