I’ve been Living in Douglas Garden apartment over 11 years and they very supportive and helpful and they always help you. I would like to thank them very much for letting me live here there all this time you guys are very good on your maintenance. I know I’m very good with your management and you take care of things very quickly wouldn’t need it.
New management is unprofessional terrible costumer service .
They have mice. The property owner Emelia does not answer the phone and can be rude. Maintenance comes in your home without warning sometimes.
I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond.
