I lived here for 2 yrs moved out and moved back. The unit I am in is upgraded with a washer and dryer and a beautiful balcony! Douglass Gardens is pet friendly but unfortunately some people do not pick up after their dog, this is not the complex fault. There is assigned parking with visitors spots available. Unfortunately, the 2 day rule is not enforced here and some tend to leave their cars for weeks in one spot!! Maintenance is Incredible!! I've been living at douglas gardens for i think 5 years and let me tell you. Management, Alejandra, and the maintenance guys are awesome out of this world. Always here to help really welcoming, and good vibes. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could.
I’ve been Living in Douglas Garden apartment over 11 years and they very supportive and helpful and they always help you. I would like to thank them very much for letting me live here there all this time you guys are very good on your maintenance. I know I’m very good with your management and you take care of things very quickly wouldn’t need it.
New management is unprofessional terrible costumer service .
