JCM Management is neglectful, untrustworthy and has history of rodent infestation issues. I lived at another building they manage and management consistently neglects basic maintenance, ignores severe health and sanitation issues, and refuses to take accountability when problems escalate. At our building, we dealt with a severe, untreated rodent infestation—including finding dead mice in our apartment on six separate occasions, which eventually ruined our furniture. I have lived in Douglass Gardens for over thirty years. Love it . You may wonder why I've lived here for so long? I'll tell you- Douglass Gardens is close to everything - grocery stores, gas stations,restaurants, train station ,bus station, hospitals (2) , colleges, Rutgers which include Busch, College Avenue, Cook, Douglass, and Livingston campuses , Middlesex College, and Princeton Uinversity . 287, Rt 18, Rt 1 and Rt 27 are close by. We’ve truly enjoyed living at Douglass Gardens Apartments. One of the things we appreciate most is how quiet and peaceful the community is. It provides a relaxing environment while still being conveniently located near decent restaurants, supermarkets, and major highways, making everyday errands and commuting very easy. I have lived at Douglass Gardens for 20 years and I love living here it's safe the community is beautiful neighbors are nice the maintenance team is always so helpful Selvin the super is amazing always helpful and Alejandra the property manager is the best she is always kind and patient I wish I could give 10

I highly recommend this apartment complex to live. I moved to an upgraded unit, very beautiful and modern specially with the addition of a Washer and dryer. Maintenance is very efficient, they maintain the property in great conditions. Also, they’ tend to solve problems right away when needed. Very nice community indeed.
