New management is unprofessional terrible costumer service .
They have mice. The property owner Emelia does not answer the phone and can be rude. Maintenance comes in your home without warning sometimes.
I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond. Wish I can give 0 stars, easily the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Just see for yourself if you don’t believe me.
