Ben coming here for just over 2 years. First moved here was hard to find a dentist that I could trust and lucky for me I found Douglas Dental. Everyone here has been very kind and thoughtful. It's like coming to see family. A big thank you to all the staff
DISAPPOINTED I usually do not write reviews on anything but I was so disappointed with this business because for one I had been searching a whole day for different dentists I wanted to go to and out of all the ones I could have gone to I picked Douglass Family Dentistry. Disappointed/Was My Daughters Choice... I was considering taking my daughter here. My daughter visit this Dentist with her prek class and loved it. She now longer want to go to her old dentist, because of a bad experience she had. But I'm not sure considering I had a bad experience over the telephone over reasoning why I wasn't taking her back to her dentist for care. Remembering Where You Came From Douglass Family Dentistry is run by a father and son team. They are in an area where most of the patients are low-income. These people are able to receive good oral care with dignity.
Disappointed When I first called this office I was thrilled that they took both of my insurances and they were so friendly and helpful on the phone. when I went in I was still very happy with the politeness of the office staff and the hygentist. Then they asked me if I had any concerns. I told them my daughters grown up tooth was bothering her and that I thought it was just because she didnt have enough space and that they were pushing on each other.
