Built a new home and used Douglass Appliance. their custimer service, pricing, and recommendations could not have been better. as a fellow small business worker I can truly say they fit the mold. We had an issue shortly after install with an appliance. They promptly came, fixed the issue. Turns out it was user error as a small shard of glass had broke into the dishwasher. They had it fixed and working in no time. I have, and will continue to recommend this business to any and all who need appliances!
