The front office is rude. Calling to request an appointment for something that could potentially be scary for me and my family, the front desk asks the reason why I’m wanting to schedule, I begin to explain, she interrupts me to say there is an appointment on December 4th or I can call tomorrow at 8:30 to see if there is an opening tomorrow and then hangs up abruptly. If you don’t care to hear the reason for the appointment, don’t ask. Customer service should be trained here.
