I had what turned out to be a small electrical project that most companies wouldn’t even consider, but Douglas was more than willing to help. They came out quickly, were super helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how mindful they were of the budget—offering practical solutions that worked without pushing unnecessary extras. So, let me start out with me saying "I DO NOT MESS WITH ELECTRICITY"! I called Douglas Wright Friday morning because I was installing a ceiling fan, which I have done a few times before. I was convinced I had an electrical issue. Called Douglas and he politely recommended I confirm the bulbs I was using were correct. Even though I thought I had already checked this, he was right and it was a super simple fix. He could have ripped me off but instead offered professional consultation. If I ever have a real issue he will be my first call.
Needed a job done asap. Gave Doug a call and he was out the next day! Got a few bids from other companies and he was not only more knowledgeable but much more affordable as well! Would definitely recommend!
Doug was great. Showed up on time and spent extra time to install my NEMA outlet for my EV charger. Price was definately fair. Extra time was to improve some existing hardware to make things safer and find the best location even though more challenging. I would definately use Doug again and would not hesitate to refer family and friends to him.
