Since a 1 star is the lowest you can give that what this clown gets. Started a simple refinance in September and to date nothing. This guy is a joke at best. won't return calls, emails or texts until you mention going above him. He told me don't make November or December's payments as the loan would close way before that. End of November nothing so I had to manually make the payment.
