I can't say enough good things about Douglas Water. EXCELLENT customer service from both Jordan(Sales?) and John(Installer). They are VERY knowledgeable and advised me on exactly what I needed for my water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system. They were prompt, professional, and my water is cleaner than ever! I highly recommend Douglas Water!
Called Douglas for a water conditioner and filter system for my home. Eric came out and was very professional. He was thorough on explaining the tests he performed on my water and what improvements he recommended. I haven't had good quality water ever!! Highly recommended!!

Great company! We bought a used water softener 19 years ago. Had to have service on it and they brought it back to life. We will differently buy a new one from them when the time comes.
