***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** Douglas water came out to disconnect our water filtration system so that we could place a mat under it. After reconnecting it, they bypassed our water softener so that for last few months our water softener has not been functioning at all. We spent over 100$ for this service call and they left our system NONFUNCTIONAL - we basically paid them to turn our system off.
