Ive been in practice for over 20 years and specialize in foot and ankle conditions. My patients tend to have a variety of foot ailments including bunions arthritis and toenail and skin problems. I also treat diabetic patients who are having issues with their feet as well as sports injuries. When I see a patient I try to find out their treatment goals. I could not get this man to focus on the Chief complaint that I had.There is no note of it in his records, although there is in the reams of forms that I had to fill out before getting there. Then he way, way, way overcoded the visit. It was a first visit, but he spent less than 10 minutes with me, while representing that he had spent 30-44 min. I saw podiatrist Dr. DOUGLAS W SCHREYACK, DPM regarding swelling/pain in my feet and ankles. I was not happy with the visit. First, it took me almost three weeks to get an appointment, and then when I saw him yesterday, he threw broiler plate questions at me.
