Techs are always honest, they send videos of your car and show the issues. How do I know they’re honest? Last two times I went in for an oil change I asked them to check my brakes, they did and told me I got a little more to go. I feel like anywhere else would’ve told it was time to replace. Been coming here for years—they’re efficient, friendly and honest! Once I went to another dealer for service and they told me I needed new tires—I scheduled the work here at Summit and when I arrived they asked if I was doing this for personal preference, because it absolutely wasn’t needed. They could’ve easily made 1k off my naivety but they didn’t — you don’t find that kind of integrity often!
