I’m a 2018 Atlas owner who moved to the area from across the country a few years ago and needed to find a new local VW service center. Nailed it with Douglas who keeps my Altlas in tip top shape. Shout out to Marvin, the service manager who always helps me with any necessary service plans and deals. This is my second time visiting DOUGLAS WOLKSWAGEN, and the service is excellent! They really make life easier! While you enjoy a coffee, hot chocolate, or snacks, you can check on the status of your service and receive a detailed video of the entire process! Awesome!
