I had my car towed and they told us they would be done with it soon and now they’re saying that they ordered more parts and we won’t get it back for a while. We called them every week asking for updates. I go to school and use my car towed commute. They should’ve told us that it was going to take a while the times we called. They did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my car! I brought in my 2023 GTI as I was an collision that damaged the front passenger side of my vehicle.
