I had an excellent experience with Douglas Body Shop. From the very beginning, Scott and the entire team made the process incredibly smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, everything was handled efficiently, and I always felt that my vehicle was in very capable hands. The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. Douglas Auto Body Shop is outstanding. From start to finish, the entire experience was first-rate. Michael Mantone took care of everything from the moment I brought in my Honda. He explained the process clearly, kept me updated with texts throughout the repair, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the work and the outstanding customer service, and I give Douglas Auto Body Shop my highest recommendation.
Excellent Services at Douglas Volkswagen in Summit! I have no words to say thank you for outstanding body work to my 2015 VW Jetta Sport! My car looks and drives like brand new. Everyone was very professional and helpful, from Marvin Ma on front desk to Dennis and his guys in bodyshop! I want to add special thank you to general manager Chet Puzio. Without him I wouldn’t be able to purchase my dream car. You guys are the Best and you got a loyal and very happy customer for another decade! Pawel Midura
