Worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is only the second negative review I've ever written, and it's well deserved. My husband contacted them in July to cut back some limbs around our power lines. We decided to go with them because their quote was the least expensive. But that was all we got. A quote. Then they jerked us around for THREE MONTHS altogether to put us on their schedule. We live 10 miles from them and he (don't who he is?) told his receptionist to tell us it was much to far to go! Perhaps he just didn't want the work as some are busy, but if that is it, that is what we should have been told. I called back to ask to speak to "him", was told he'd call me to explain. Of course he did not. 10 miles away is nothing. I would not recommend this company to any one. At the least, he is possible a liar and there are too many others in the business to deal with the likes of them!
I called to get our trees done. The lady called back scheduled appt. then called back changed it again. Then they never even showed up for appt. very unprofessional.
