I can’t not say enough good things about Douglas Tire and Auto after how they helped me today. They helped correct a problem they didn’t even cause. A HUGE thank you to Andrew for being patient with me and explaining what had happened to my vehicle!!! I am beyond appreciative and will never take my car anywhere else!!!
If I would give them a zero I could. I have been a faithful customer for at least 10 years. I have a 99 Suburban, and took it in yesterday for a state vehicle inspection, oil change and to check it out front to back and ready it for winter. Should have known something was up with the lot over half empty and that they could get me in for an inspection that day! I go to pick it up and they tell me everything checks out great! After having countless problems with NTB it is so refreshing to have finally found a shop that treats me like a human being and not just some dumb girl. Recommending this shop to everyone i know.
Been going here for years because of a single time they referred me to somewhere else for a tire repair that would be cheaper. They continue to amaze me with there honesty, and letting me know what I do NOT need to have done while still doing quality work with what does need to be done. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!
I went in to get tires fixed! They got me right in! I appreciated their integrity and honesty. They even fixed my blinker. I appreciated their input of opinions as well and that they didn't try to cheat me or anything.
