Don’t go thru them. They are a pain to get on the phone and the receptionist are not helpful/rude. They moved my consultation time without talking to me and never called for a reminder. So when I called the day of to make sure everything was still on they informed me my appointment got moved forward 5 hours and since I couldn’t make it there in the next 10 minutes they cancelled my consultation and procedure and wanted to move it out a little over a month out. Meanwhile this is been on the schedule for almost 4 months.
Great doctor great team I had surgery on the 5th of March 2024 I recommend his office he's carrying he took my kidney to make my life better and live longer I'm so happy to have him as a surgeon I have alot more to say I don't want to run out of room ty again see you soon please answer the phone
Was there on 3-21-24. Pleasant experience at check in. Kind and courteous. Very short wait. Dr. Sutherland was upbeat and made sure I understood my condition, the results of my tests and what the future plan is.
