The only thing good about this property is the landscape, what counts is the internal, not the external.The employees of Landmark Property Management Company have no integrity, they do not care about their residents, but kudos for acting like it; they definitely, "dropped the ball" at this property. Don't move here to these bug infested, no repairs, and aged apartments, might as well choose public housing. I've made a HUGE mistake. This place is not what it saids. People selling and buying drugs all day and night. Good people are moving because no one wants to do anything about these people because they get HUD. But it is not fair that the good people have to suffer. Check out apartment building 8 and building 4 and 6. Cops come by but turn their blinders on. Wish something could be done but we good people don't know who to tell or what to do. Please don't live here if you are not use to fights, drugs and a lot of cussing. BEWARE

Great location but the corporate property management company is incompetent.
There is a lot to like about this place.
I have been trying to reach someone in management for the last 2 hours. A resident there needed my help to resolve a problem. It is impossible to contact anyone. How many government employees are here? No one will answer a phone, no e-mails, or no fax numbers.Deserves NO STARS.
I see another unsatisfied customer has beat me to the punch. Everything he says is true. Don't rent here! This place has horrible property management and maintenance. They raise the rent regularly and will cheat you out of your security deposit. Unfriendly and obnoxious trashy neighbors galore, especially in building 16. A meth lab was discovered two doors down from my unit last October. There are unruly, destructive brats all over the complex, with no parental supervision whatsoever. Management at hanover ridge apt is very unprofessional....she takes forever to open the door during normal business hours..shes rude and came to the door with no shoes on...me and another young lady was verbally attacked by management and i would not recommend hanover ridge apt to anybody unless new management takes over
They are suposed to be income based and I am un employeed with wife, who does not work, and 1 yr old child that I am suporting as a private contractor. I am going to school full time at a local university inpursuit of a doctorate but these apartments are suposed to be income based and I am paying over $500 for a 2 bedroom with a $0 income. her friends only have to pay $333. but they stay up all night selling drugs.
