My night in the ER has been very long because of high volume of patients to staff. I will focus on giving praise to my ER nurses Princy & Ashley. They were assigned to me after the nurse who made this review a 4/5 instead of a 5/5, let’s call her One Star. When I arrived in their unit, One Star was in a room with a patient. The ER Dept is poorly managed, patients are shuffled around and exposed to more issues than they came in with, the wait times are atrocious, diagnosis and treatment are openly discussed in the waiting area with no respect for privacy, Dr we had was uneducated per lack of basic understanding of transplant patient safety and severe immunocompromised conditions, and zero sanitation protocols appeared to be upheld in the exceedingly busy ER waiting area. If you have chronic pain don’t go here or to any of their clinics. They only care about big money and if they find out why hou hurt it’s anything but convention Al pain medicine because it’s so bad for you when it has worked over 50 years! Now new hurtful and dangerous methods are used. If you are in mild pain go for it, and keep doing it as often as you wiould get those pills etc,. Gave birth here twice and so grateful. Incredible hospital, team, services, everything. I felt safe and cared for, respected, and heard. 10/10 recommend.
Has taken about 3 months to get my imaging sent over to the right specialist so I can be taken care of. Be better please
