Care for our adult daughter who has developmental disabilities remains 24/7. Finding Dr Most and the Center for Specialized Dentistry has been outstanding. We visited both the Stuart and the Port St Lucie offices and our experience was the same - 5 star!. Dr Most and his entire staff are professional and compassionate! Today's visit was the first time we took her to a dental appointment that did not require pre-medication to calm anxiety. She even told me I could wait for her and went in on her own!
