We are extremely happy that we are now storing our RV here. The facility is clean, paved, secure with video and gated. Great place for big RVs like ours. Will recommend to friends!
Super friendly, very clean. Very happy with DR Storage.
We needed a place quick on a Saturday as we had more than our other unit could hold. The other company we were renting from said they were open until 5. But when I went to the office the manager said he has to leave to take care of, "other business," every once in awhile and didn't know when he would be back. We called DR and spoke with Ernie. I gave two week notice the day of my monthly renewal and they still charged me the full month, and will not refund me for the two weeks I won’t be using the unit. So basically if you’re not ready to move out the exact day your renewal is up, you will still have to pay for the whole following month. I’ve been a customer for almost two years, they obviously don’t care about their customers. The management sucks here! Go elsewhere.
