The complex we lived in that is located in Conover NC does not have a name. Redden Senter took over being the property managers in March of 2025.Due to personal reasons we wanted to move out in May, (our lease was up July 31,) I sent a email explaining our situation. I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting from this company. Starting with James Redden, Kim ( the lady who showed the unit) , and Megan in the front office. Upon moving into the unit on March 15th, 2025, I encountered numerous issues that made living conditions unbearable. Initially, all electrical outlets were non-functional, preventing the use of essential appliances until they were fixed on March 17th. Extremely rude when I called their office. Woman that answered didn’t even let me finish saying what I had to say before she said something so fast that I couldn’t understand her and then hung up. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Doesn’t seem to be the helpful agency that the reviews shows!
