New year and new review of a company that Has Been there when we were in need and continues to this day, a past review from me reflected a bad batch of houses that neither parties knew would have expected would turn into a "REALLY SHITTY EXPERIENCE " but we ultimately found our dream home and will continue to recommend Mike and his Douglas Realty Team to potential renters and home buyers! It’s been nothing but trouble, a nightmare renting from Douglas realty. Originally rented out a boxable new to Douglas, turns out it wasn’t approved by the state, Douglas realty gave me 2 weeks to move out and find a new place, now I’m living in an RV trailer (rented from Douglas realty- because of the fact that I had such short notice to move) where I’ve had little to no explanation of how it even works.. very poor communication and constant misunderstandings. Do not recommended.
