Our realtor was Suebina. I can not say enough incredible things about her. She truly made this process possible for us as first time home buyers. On top of that, I was deployed overseas and my husband when we began the process was stationed in CO. She was extremely professional, polite and got to know us for what we wanted in a house and we were not willing settle on. We put a great deal of trust with Suebina and she did NOT let us down. We found our forever home because of her ♥.

Brad and his team were unbelievable. We had been given a 60 day notice by our landlord (they wanted to move back in) and thought with such a short time limit, there was no way we could become homeowners. NOPE! Ricky was great! He did all of the heavy lifting through the entire process. He would lay out options clearly and all I had to do was pick one. I would text him questions late at night and he would be on the spot to respond to them. Pedro was great too, it was great of him to come to my settlement even if he wasn't my primary agent.
