I went in twice to have caterac surgery. The first time I had a very empathetic and sweet registered nurse anesthetist who helped my anxiety. The second time I had Douglas Ropp, who could not have been more unsensitive, unempathetic and cocky. He didn't care about anything I asked or said to him. He was borderline mean and I had a terrible experience because if him. If he had helped prep me the first time, I never would have gone back.
