This doctor was rude when I made a complaint regarding his nurse practicioner being rude because I wanted a second opinion... I guess they don't think patients should get second opinions regarding breast cancer. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous.
