They lie. They don't return emails. They don't care. Find another company.
I would absolutely not recommend this company. Their property manager Jason Gifford is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and a disgrace to even homeowners that are up to date on dues and have no violations. Anytime you have a question where and what the THOUSANDS of dollars our neighborhood is putting into this company is met with combative language, low ball comments with no merit and conflict. Very unprofessional and will not return emails. They randomly implement new rules NOT included in our covenant and refuse to offer documentation of any possible amendments to said rules. They don't enforce actual rules that ARE in the covenant. O stars.
Very selfish money hungry group. Avoid if possible. My son has autism, and I asked them if they could take partial payment of the clubhouse to rent for a couple of hours for his birthday. They said sorry, we won’t do it. Shame on these people. Also a tree fell on our house and was told they would take care of, and they never did. They claim they know nothing about it.
Jay Brack works very hard to do a tough job. Always does what he says he will do and responds in a timely manner. We have received our fair share of unwanted HOA letters but the violations are just that.... our own over sight. Jay carries out and researches if need be to uphold the standards of the community as written in our covenants and bylaws. Thank you Jay.
Great company, most of the negative reviews are because homeowners get letters in their mail and are not happy.
