I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Douglas Dealership. I explicitly requested that my truck purchase be financed under my business, as I always do for business vehicles. Despite assurances from Maricela and Caden that this would be the case, the loan inexplicably appeared on my personal credit report a month later.
