It is absolutes that we have leave a mess at night for help then show up at the office to speak to someone then promised that maintenance will come and fix issues but then never come back to check of fix an issue!! My daughter called about her air not working and left a mess then I spoke with management and the maintenance guy met me at my daughters apartment to take a look and stated that he would be back and never came back, never called. Where is the previous groundsman? Things are not the same around the exterior of the complex as far as cleaning!!! I would love to have him back because he was doing an excellent job!!

I left a review on here asking do they accept section 8 the Douglas point owner replied & said yes we take it! Then I proceeded to schedule a tour went to see a unit just for them to say they didn’t take it i viewed a unit and was ready to go forward until the lady said they did not accept it so is the staff lying in here? Or do they take section 8?
