I’m not sure if this the right way to submit a review but the maintenance team,Terrell and Brenden, helped me and was great at their job! I’m very happy and grateful for their spectacular customer service.
This has to be the worst!!! Had a 5:15pm appointment today 5/27/25 to view a unit. Got a text reminder two hours prior to my appointment time. Pulled up at 5:05pm and the office is closed. No call to say we are leaving early or to see if I was keeping the appointment. As you can see from the photo their hours are 9:00am-6:00pm. Am I mad? Not at all! Disappointed that I left work early for some BS....ABSOLUTELY!! I am a woman who believes God is a protector. This is not the place for me and they definitely will not be recomme... read more
