Dr. Pavlak was very personable. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable.
A colleague told me his experience with this procedure with another provider was very painful, I found it to be mildly unpleasant at most. I told Doc Pavlak of my fear and he explained in detail how it was going to happen. He was very gentle and kind.
Fast check-in and maybe a 5 minute wait. Lucas , clinical assistant, was very nice and informative. Dr Pavlak was attentive, informative and easy to talk to. He was confident and could explain everything in easy to understand language. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Dr. Pavlak saw me for carpal tunnel, performing a nerve conduction test. What i appreciated most was Dr. Pavlak's interest in teaching me some useful and interesting information.
