TL;DR.We have used Doug to buy, sell, and buy our homes and he has been very responsive and courteous while at the same time being friendly and fun! We had an issue with a missing utility payment complaint from the new owners and Doug went through his records to see that the check was cut and sent, but never cashed! Saved me a bunch of trouble and money! There was another issue with check signatures and he made a big effort to send paperwork up and down New England to the right people so we could close on time.
