My experience with Dr. Douglas Miller at OSMS was excellent. Before my appointment, he had already taken the initiative to speak with other surgeons I've met at OSMS about my case to ensure he had a complete understanding of my situation. Dr. Miller and his team are fantastic!
I was a bit disappointed in my over all experience. After sitting in the Dr. Office for over 45 mins he came in and was very in personable as if my issues were not worth his time. He reference my right knee so I had to share it’s my left knee. The level of disappointment is beyond writing a review for social media! In summary the feedback for all serving in health care to be reminded cost have increased to the “customer” however the service is being diminished! Come to work and bring some empathy and humility!!
