Douglas hospital should do something already (like NOW) about the paid parking. There should be FREE PARKING for both out patients and in-patients /the patients family or friends vehicles . Douglas hospital should also have shuttle buses to pick up patients who live far as well. and this hospital should have another branch near the south shore and west island . some of the Security guys in the emergency area need to act more professional and look more presentable .
