They need to hire nurses in emergency room that are more professional and not so rude and mean to patients and that abide by patients rights especially when when it comes to mental health more people need to stand up and do something when there rights have been violated and when the treatment isn't good at this hospital or there clinics we need a better and bigger hospital.in douglas
Had a fantastic experience with each and every staff member we encountered. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Our new PCP is wonderful, thorough and was very engaged throughout our visit. We did not feel rushed in any way and had very ample opportunity to address issues and answer questions. It is such a pleasure to encounter this atmosphere in today's healthcare climate. Coming from care delivered by large systems in Cleveland, Ohio to this much smaller clinic and their providers is a breath of fresh air!
The staff upon entering the door is exceptional. She coordinates everyone who comes through the door. Exceptionally helpful staff member. Quality high-level healthcare is offered here.
