Doctor Nicole chaves changed the dosage of my medication refill without discussing with me first and had not gotten back to me about it.
Refuse to update my insurance information and refused to bill my insurance! No one is willing to help even after my insurance company contacted them
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I set an appointment as a new patient. When I arrived at the office, the receptionist blatantly lied and said that they tried to call twice the previous week to reschedule for two weeks out. I had no missed calls and no voicemails. The receptionist then contradicted herself and claimed they did not have a good contact number on file. There's no accountability because all she could say was she's not the one that makes the calls.
