Had a fantastic experience with each and every staff member we encountered. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Our new PCP is wonderful, thorough and was very engaged throughout our visit. We did not feel rushed in any way and had very ample opportunity to address issues and answer questions. It is such a pleasure to encounter this atmosphere in today's healthcare climate. Coming from care delivered by large systems in Cleveland, Ohio to this much smaller clinic and their providers is a breath of fresh air!
The staff upon entering the door is exceptional. She coordinates everyone who comes through the door. Exceptionally helpful staff member. Quality high-level healthcare is offered here.

I receive excellent care here while traveling away from home visiting a rural location more than an hour from Douglas. Being sick away from home is sucky but everyone I encountered from the front desk staff to the MA and provider (Dr. Anna Moga) at the Quickcare was incredibly empathetic and competent. My evaluation was professional and thorough, I was presented options, and my care plan fit my situation and had me feeling better (emotionally and physically) very quickly.
