They rescheduled my phone appointment with the attorney from Tuesday to Friday at 12:30pm. I was at work and waited 20 minutes. At 12:50pm, I called them, it went to voicemail. The attorney, Benjamin Campo, called me 5+ hours later (~6pm) and left me voicemail. He said "Sorry about the delay and the missing but that's where it is" (verbatim from my voicemail). Some kind of an apology. I think I am going to find a different attorney.
