Facility is in a dumpy building off Pacific Hwy behind a night club. Them staff did not contact my previous dentist to get records but just made new X-rays, then charged me for then as my insurance would not cover another new set that soon. The office staff was very rude and I would never refer anyone to this dump. :(
Great dentist! Stress-less and relaxing. Front desk was friendly. I will continue going to Dr. Sheets in the future!
Very compassionate--my treatment is not completed yet, but he and his office staff have been very helpful scheduling my work in a way that I can get what I NEED now, and get the rest done as I can afford it--one of the things I was very concerned about. I am not a big fan of pain so it is a high reccomendation from me when I say 'this dentist is an artist with a needle.' I couldn't even feel the numbing injections. I have had three root canals and although I can't say they were pleasant experiences, they were more pain-free ... read more
