Truly wish I could agree with all the other reviews. Yet, as I am typing this, my Father sits in the hospital for over a week. Starting with an inflamed appendix in the evening. Progressively getting worse and finally, 14 hours later, the surgery was started. At this time the appendix had burst. After surgery Dr. Iddings was nowhere to be found and his resident came out after having to be paged 3 times to come talk to us. I have no words except extremely bad ones about the resident. Dr. Iddings is amazing! He listens and explains things,so you can understand. You never feel rushed or blown off. He seems to truly care about you health and well being.
Dr Douglas Iddings can be found in 2025 at Promedica Hospital in Monroe, Mi. In 2024, my sister was rediagnoised with stage 4 colon cancer for the 2nd time since her first dianoises in 2006. Today she is 51 and has so much anxiety with all these cancer diagnoses. I wanted to let you all know how amazing Dr Douglas Iddings truly is. So this new reoccurrence we drove 2 hours for his care alone in which hes had to do surgery to remove tumors in 2024 and 2025 as her cancer is becoming more aggressive. Dr Iddings is such a wonderful doctor. I tell you these days you don't fine to many doctors like him. He will listen to your concerns. He's a caring doctor. He has done many surgeries on me, with great outcome. Keep up the good work Dr.Iddings.
