I got to my appointment 30 minutes early and they didn’t take me in until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then I waited in the doctors office for another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. I will say the reception area was very friendly and helpful the nurses and the doctor were exceptional. On my opinion. I just think that it was inconsiderate of the waiting time to get in to see the doctor.
Very arrogant doctor who made me feel rushed and like my time was not worth talking to. I’ve been dealing with a herniated disc for over a year and I was hoping to get some options with this doctor. He spoken to me for less than 5 minutes and told me there’s nothing he can do because he’s only a surgeon and anything other than surgery isn’t his specialty. Well I sat in a room waiting for g to see the Fr. For 1:15 minutes and did not see a Dr. ! I understand that he was behind but after waiting 45 minutes I found my nurse and asked he how much longer she said that he was running behind I left work unpaid for this appointment and also told hef that I had to pick my son up by 4:30 she did not care , when I left the room at 3:45 and had not seen the Dr. another nurse was standing their and told her I had to go I could not wait any longer I needed to reschedule, and I wanted the c... read more
The doctor was uncaring and rude. I waited over an hour and he spent 5 minutes with me. It did care to hear what I had to say. I did not receive any after visit summary. I will never go back to him ever again
