Not surprised Dr. Lonnie Douglas was charged in federal court after prosecutors said he was part of a conspiracy to order and sell human growth hormone from China. He said and convinced me I needed a bicep surgery to help out the pain in my shoulder. That involved cutting my bicep and Re-attaching it. Well guess what, the surgery didn't work at all.
