Outstanding service provided by Dr. Liepert’s staff including his NP, Adam, and himself. They were all very patient despite my family’s language barrier and Dr. Liepert gave fantastic patient education that was above and beyond. Very professional. Thank you all!
Dr Liepert and his staff were very timely and had a great way of explaining what I was about to go through with my sinus surgery. Many doctors told me Dr Liepert was the best around and they were right. My situation ended up being more complex once in surgery and he handled it exceptionally well. Fixed my issues and he himself followed up with me the next day via video. Most doctors have a staff member or nurse follow up the day after with a phone call, not him.
