I used to love this place, I have been going there for years., but today I needed one contact, ONE, because I was given a black eye over the weekend and it had ripped my contact....without my contacts I am BLIND. but since I was 4 days past my annual exam they couldn't give me ONE contact until I could make it in.... I couldn't believe how rude the office MANAGER was. I was crying on the phone explaining I am at work and cannot see!!! and all she could think about was making money off me...I have asked for my personal record... read more
