Dr Lee is an exceptional physician with impeccable bedside manner .. The gastroenterology nurses at the center in Oaklawn are top notch. The entire process with their procedures is organized, pleasant and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr Lee and his group with no reservations.
Dr. Douglass Lee you really need better staff, Laura refused to schedule an appointment, gave me excuse after excuse. First our insurance wasn't accepted there, it is... Now that you aren't taking Advocate patients, well if this was the case why did she not say that from the get go. So much time wasted. Then the only way she calls back is when you leave a message with the receptionist. Was she not trained in retrieving voicemails?
I was taken care of by Dr Lee for a routine screening at Southwest Gastroenterology, SC. in Oak lawn. Dr Lee is friendly, informative and provides in detail his findings and does not rush to the next patient. The staff at Southwest Gastroenterology are all very nice and friendly
