I was seen by the Newark office and Dr. Jupiter in May 2022 for an eye exam and to purchase way overpriced glasses which weren't the correct prescription (like looking through clear glass). Fast forward to 2025. I have been to 3 consecutive eye exams (1 where incompetent My Eye Dr optometrists could not figure out my prescription and 2 visits to an eye specialist who also couldn't figure out my prescription. entirely 100% experiences each time I go to the office...from the reception staff, to the scheduling, to the examining doctors, to the surgeon (Dr. L -- the best!). Accommodating, respectful, professionally exceptional.
