Dr. Smith is a true doctor who embodies intelligence, empathy, a commitment to patient education and a genuine desire to understand and care for his patients. Upon my initial visit, I was in alot of pain and struggling. He put me at ease immediately and was very down to earth. Front desk staff and medical assistant were fantastic in person. The doctor smiled the whole time but it didn't feel genuine, he did not really listen to what has been done, and ended up prescribing my mom the exact same medication her primary did. It did not help provide any type of relief. It was a mission just to get scans ordered with almost no communication. I had to call multiple times to make sure the paper process was being done. Dr Smith is one of the best doctors I have ever been to in my life. He was so kind and considerate. I’ve been having significant issues and most doctors just write a script and want you to get out. Dr Smith asked tons of questions and is a nice person to be around. It was such a pleasure meeting him. I will always refer people to go see him.
I saw Dr Smith in October because I had snoring issues and his office is nearby. I had reached my out of pocket maximum for my insurance and he's in network, so everything should have been covered with no cost of out pocket. I made it very clear that I only wanted services covered under insurance. After he saw me, he recommended nasal spray and ordered a sleep study (I'm 33 years old, 175 lbs).
