Been going here for 2 years. Still have ridiculous breakouts. When I tried to call the office it instantly goes to voicemail, and they never return your call. Dr Kress himself doesn’t care about you, or even ask for your name. I even sent messsages on MyUPMC, and didn’t even get a response. Absolutely terrible customer service, doctors who truly don’t care. Do not go here. Go somewhere else.
Great place. Staff is nice and very helpful.
