RecommendedFantastic group!! Dr Douglas and his staff are phenomenal. Very friendly and willing to assist you in any way possible. My knee scope went better than expected. I’ll be back when I need my other knee cleaned up! Highly recommended. 5 stars!
Terrible billing practices
Anything bone or nerve related I won’t see anyone else
Dr Douglas is amazing and willing to take time with his patients to answer questions
Each time I visted their office, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Whether, it was a billing question, an x-ray, or an explanation of my on going treatment, or needed therapy. From a personal point of view, It is hard to find, a health professional who actually takes the time to converse with their patients; and not have their eyes glued to a computer. Dr couldn’t seem to shut his mouth for me to talk. I was trying to answer the questions he asked me but as soon as I’d start to answer he would cut me off. I got zero help from this place. Super disappointed. Definitely will not be returning.
My 10 year old broke her arm. Craig Packham was amazing with her! He got her all set with such a nice, perfectly formed cast (seriously, best looking cast I've seen). It was set so well, it healed in 2 weeks. Her x-rays looked amazing, and her cast came off today. She was really scared to have the cast removed, but Craig was so sweet and gentle with her. Had an appointment for a month, called in the day before to see if they had any emergency appointments as my husband's wrist was hurt worse, and was told they were booked solid and to keep my appointment tomorrow. Went in today and was told his appointment was yesterday they're booked solid. What an absolute joke. My husband is in pain and he's already waited a month.
