The salon itself has a great atmosphere, but my consultation with Phillip was very disappointing. In just a couple of minutes, he referred to my textured, biracial hair as “ethnic” over ten times. It felt dehumanizing and outdated especially in 2025. Textured hair shouldn’t be treated as strange or “other” due to a lack of experience. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously so all clients feel respected and understood.
I had a great experience! Skylar was awesome, so nice and comforting! I had great conversations with her and my hair looked wonderful afterwards! My hair was so long, I cut off 7 inches and absolutely love how it turned out!
Been going here for years and Taylor is amazing!! She's so nice and always checks all the products for me (have allergy prone skin). The place is always clean and everyone is always friendly and helpful. If you have curly, ethnic hair you cannot go wrong booking with Taylor!
