What a terrible experience. This place is all about over booking to generate profits. Dr. was an hour and didn’t give an apology. He was not personable and suggested testing that was not necessary. They also were really pushing for LASIK surgery even though I stated I was not interested. Again, looking for insurance billable.
Dr. Lavenburg did my lens exchange surgery and I was so happy with the results. He is the best doctor by far & only one I trusted with my eyes. Their office is very busy but I always ask which times are the slowest for them and schedule my appts then. The administrative part of the office is very helpful.
This was the worst experience. I will never come back to this optometrist.
