I have been a patient of Dr. Kotch for some years now with numerous issues. He had been the absolute best! His professional skills are excellent, his office staff is welcoming and professional, his office/waiting area is easy to get to and top notch. If you need and Endodontic specialist I would give him 5 stars in every category.
I highly recommend Dr. Koch! Dr. Koch is a very professional, intelligent, compassionate and skilled endodontist. He was able to see me right away and took the time to explain what I needed to have done for my tooth. He answered all of my questions about what to expect next. He also attended to my pain and made sure that I was numb and comfortable during the entire root canal. If I need care again, I will be making an appointment with Dr. Koch.
He was awesome, great bedside manner, care and concern for your wellbeing, on call for you 24/7, I trust him and will drive to Frederick versus Hagerstown anyday
Dr Koch immediately was able to see me, and accommodate my pain, as well as provide insight and a prognosis for my tooth. In this day and age, I feel like a lot of doctors are selling you snake oil and false promises just to make a profit. I feel like Dr Koch's honesty is sincere. You can tell he really cares about his patients and enjoys his profession. The staff was amazing, kind, and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Dr Koch's practice

Dr. Koch was excellent. He thoroughly explained everything and was very considerate of my TMJ issues, asking me if I needed a break throughout the process. He did everything he could to make me comfortable and take care of my TMJ while doing the root canal.
