The staff and doctor were both friendly and attentive.
I broke my hip late afternoon and Dr. Federle stayed late in the evening to do surgery so that I wouldn't have to wait until morning. I was very impressed with him and the staff that took care of me. They were all very kind and professional. It happened on my 80th birthday! Not how I had planned to celebrate!
There was a little weight but not bad. I didn't mind at all because I know it's after the holiday but they did get me in as quick as possible. Everyone was very courteous. Doctor fetterley was very Informative on what my need look like and how I'm doing.
Everyone was very professional and caring.
