Kristin Knoll is awesome. Cut and color. Aveda products are wonderful.
I have been in several times since June. My God daughter Taylor VanOeffelen is a student. The ambience is wonderful, especially the spa area where you get manicures, pedicures and facials. The product is amazing as Aveda uses most all natural ingredients possible. These are students under supervision of master stylist. You get amazing services at a fraction of the salon cost. I give Douglas J and Taylor 5 stars for service and value
Have been in for a hair cut , color and a pedicure . Very happy with services. Great to help out the students. Chesley Purdum did a awesome job .
Came in to be a "Model" for Raven. First time there, and I was so welcomed and the staff was so great! Not to mention my hair is FABULOUS. INSTRUCTOR also made sure everyone was ok and assisted when needed. Will definitely be going back.
I had the BEST facial I've ever had! The spa is amazing! The student was so good and the instructor as well. I now know what will be on my birthday list, Christmas list, etc.

Our experience at Douglas J Aveda was fantastic. Being a single dad, it was important for me to learn more about doing my daughters hair and all of the tricks that go along with that! The atmosphere was relaxing and out stylist was kind and efficient. It was a GREAT experience even thought it was a little different than what they are used to doing. I recommend them highly/.
Kelsey did my hair and did an absolutely amazing job! I came in with horrible roots and just wanted to do an overall color to the roots to match my bottom and I was SO surprised at how well it matched. The entire process was a little long but she made me feel comfortable by asking if I needed more water, etc. The price was amazing, I paid about $40 for the color and she styled it by adding volume! Will definitely be recommending to my friends!
