Terrible communication. Only way I could get in touch with someone is calling, emailing or showing up in person multiple times. I needed help with refiling taxes from previous years and working with them only prolonged the issue. Always very friendly but never follow-up on any call back or request.
I've used Douglas Amidon and his staff for all of my business closings and they have an attentive staff that has been able to close every single one of my deals with no issues.
Nice assistant but staff (Christine) slow to get back to you. First called and then sent an email on 3/25, followed by 4/26, then 5/25 and no response. Then I called and they told me to send in more paperwork which I did on 6/10. Then I reached out 8/12, 8/22, and. 9/18 with a couple of phone messages. A bit annoyed that not one email or phone call back to say they are working on it I called and asked to give me some sort of response and nothing. I 100 percent recommend Douglas J Amidon for Any accounting issues. Him and his team are great, kind, respectable etc. people and will bend over backwards for they clients and they will get the job done. That Chris don’t play she means business, and go after whoever is standing in the way of make her clients satisfied, got love her!
Doug is a good hearted & top notch Excellent experienced Lawyer !! and Christine is so kind hearted & sharp minded with very extensive knowledge on legal issues, but yet explaining to us those complex legal things in a very compationate & simple way that we can understand. Carmine is also very friendly, carring & thorough Willy & David friendly & behind the scenes taking care of things so thoroughly in the office also .
