Nice assistant but staff (Christine) slow to get back to you. First called and then sent an email on 3/25, followed by 4/26, then 5/25 and no response. Then I called and they told me to send in more paperwork which I did on 6/10. Then I reached out 8/12, 8/22, and. 9/18 with a couple of phone messages. A bit annoyed that not one email or phone call back to say they are working on it I called and asked to give me some sort of response and nothing. Him and his team are great, kind, respectable etc. people and will bend over backwards for they clients and they will get the job done.
